Chrisi Milia Beach

Chrisi Milia beach is the most beautiful sandy beach on the island of Alonissos.

Located on the south east coast, it can be easily reached with a scooter / car or with a tourist bus departing from the port of Patitiri every Monday and Thursday at a cost of € 5 per person (round trip), leaving at 10.15 am and returning to afternoon at 4pm.

What characterizes it is its golden sand, its sea which seen from above looks like a wonderful watercolor painting and its so softly degrade, that for those who want to swim it will have to move a lot from the coast.

Very popular beach for families with children, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for € 7 a day.

Needless to say, Chrisi Milia is one of the most touristy beaches on the island of Alonissos, but don't expect the Rimini of the situation because there is really space for everyone!

Behind, perched in the pine forest and in a panoramic position there are a bar and a tavern offering sweet and savory snacks and simple but very tasty dishes for a lunch overlooking the sea! Behind the vegetation surrounds a small jewel of nature, where clear waters and fine sand (always very appreciated) come together in a blaze of beauty.

Well protected from the winds, it has only one small flaw: in certain sides of the beach in the afternoon the shadow arrives quite early, so our advice is to live there from the early morning hours.

If you are a lover of relaxation and beautiful walks on the shoreline, we strongly advise you to visit this show before 11.00 and then to move slightly, but for sure don't miss the beach of Chrisi Milia, an open-air swimming pool!
