Mourou beach is located on the west coast of the island of Amorgos, near the villages of Arkesini and Kamari and 15 km from the capital Hora. This beautiful place boasts a pebble coast together with a clear blue sea, not for nothing attracts many visitors!

What do I find on Mourou beach?

One of the things you absolutely cannot miss on the Morou beach are the two underwater caves to be reached by swimming; arm yourself with fins and a mask and discover the wonders that are hidden among these caves!

The only service that Mourou beach offers is a small tavern located above the bay where you can eat something and while enjoying the splendid panorama! For the rest it is not equipped so we recommend that you bring everything you need to spend an unforgettable day in a completely unspoiled place!

During your well-deserved relaxation you can shade yourself with the splendid vegetation, no umbrellas are needed, nature here gives you what you need.

How do I get to Mourou beach?

Mourou beach is easily accessible by car or scooter, to get there you will have to cross the Arkesini Village, after about 2 km of paved road you will find yourself in front of the parking lot. Here you can safely leave your car or scooter and proceed on foot through the path that will lead you directly to this beautiful bay.
