Agia Anna Beach

Description

The Agia Anna beach is located 3 km from the village of Chora and only 1.5 km from the Chozoviotissa Monastery on the island of Amorgos.
It is known for its beautiful turquoise and crystalline waters, its rocky terrain and the splendid coastline that surrounds it. These three characteristics create a magnificent natural and wild landscape!

The small Agia Anna beach also has pebbles, so if you prefer, get some shoes.
Deep and clean water is ideal for snorkeling and diving!
Swimming far enough you can see one side of the Monastery attached to the left of the cliff. If you are looking for a quieter place and are able to climb, there are secret passages among the rocks that will lead you to peaceful inlets where you can relax!

This bay is very small and unfortunately there is very little shade, in fact we recommend sunscreen! And finally we suggest you visit it either early in the morning or late in the afternoon, its fame often makes it, and especially during the early afternoon, quite crowded!
