Emplisi Beach

Emplisi Beach is a small beach located on the extreme northern tip of the island of Kefalonia, very close to the fishing village of Fiskardo. It too has white pebbles and a sea of a thousand shades!

To get there by car it is sufficient to park right near the beach where there is free but small parking, we recommend arriving early to find a place!
Once the vehicle is parked, you will have to cross rocks and cliffs that can easily be crossed!

Once at the beach you will be enchanted by this welcoming paradise on the island of Kefalonia that stands before your eyes ... a beautiful cove surrounded by a flourishing vegetation! A spectacle of nature, literally!

On the beach of Emplisi there is only a kiosk equipped with snacks and drinks! While sideways to the beach appears a tavern where they make fresh fish of excellent quality!
Furthermore there is no type of establishment to rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In fact, all visitors sit on the rocks! If you are particularly sensitive to sunlight, it is advisable to position yourself on the right or central side of the cove where there is a lot of shade created by the plants!

The rich seabed can not be admired: arm yourself with mask lovers of snorkeling because here you will see all kinds of fish !!

Moreover, in some areas of the beach of Emplisi many small stones were created by tourists who visited the beach and wanted to leave a memory of their own without contaminating nature, but rather taking advantage of it! A nice way, right?
