The long beach of Myrtos is another beautiful bay classified by tourists as one of the most beautiful in Kefalonia! And it is located north of Argostoli.
It boasts a clear and crystalline turquoise-colored sea and sand mixed with very white pebbles (for which we suggest to obtain shoes). A real paradise! Its colors are breathtaking and the view from above is amazing and absolutely unmissable!
To fully enjoy the Myrtos beach we recommend arriving early in the morning to enjoy the tranquility and easily find parking, the latter located near the beach. Or you can decide to arrive late in the afternoon and take the opportunity to admire the sunset, in our opinion the most beautiful place to witness it!
On the left side of the beach there is a cave carved by water that you can easily reach!For lovers of crazy diving there are rocks everywhere where to jump into acrobatic jumps!
The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for hire, a small bar and public baths! Lunch at the nearby tavern is highly recommended!This quiet beach is easily accessible by car or by bus.
