The beach of Falassarna is a large and beautiful beach located in the northwestern part of Crete, it is easily accessible by car and with ample free parking.
It is considered one of the best on the island thanks to its wide range of services offered, at moderate prices and to its crystal clear sea. The beach is very wide and alternates between areas equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and free areas. You can choose from various beach establishments.
The price for the couple of sun-beds plus umbrella for the whole day goes from 7 to 10 euros. In the equipped areas there is also the staff in case you want to buy something to drink or to eat.
It is sheltered from the wind and in the free parts you can find so much tranquility and be in contact with nature.
The water is fabulous and the light and fine sand blends with the sea in a very gradual way. Perfect therefore also for those with small children.
