Agios Minas beach is located on the north east coast of the island of Karpathos.
Defined by many as a beach for a few close friends, it is certainly the wildest beach of Karpathos and only for those who are not afraid of 3 km of unpaved, steep road with cliffs on both sides (hoping that no one ever arrives on the opposite side !! ). You're wondering ... is it worth it? The answer is without a doubt: YES !!
They will be 3 km of challenging but at the same time decidedly electrifying road. Someone will advise you to take the first road from Pigadia, someone the second .. The truth is that both have their difficulties and both will lead you to discover a GORGEOUS beach and really for a few!
After an entire valley of olive trees and breathtaking views, you will arrive at a dream beach where an unreal silence reigns and the only sound is that of Meltemi. Only 10 umbrellas, 2 taverns (Sotiris and Anemos), a very large beach of flat and black pebbles and a calm sea with crystal clear water.
Agios Minas beach is a pristine bay far from mass tourism: one of the most beautiful and unique on the island of Karpathos!
