Lefkos Beach

The beach of Lefkos is located about 30 kilometers south of the city of Pigadia and is one of the most beautiful beaches of Karpathos!

Lefkos is a small fishing village and boasts a beautiful beach divided into three bays each of which has its characteristics: the first is small and has a barren landscape and a very calm sea where you can easily take a bath. The third is also small and wild but particularly windy, in fact its rushing waves are great for surf lovers!

And finally there is the second that is in the center of the other two and is the most beautiful and popular! It shows a large crescent enclosed between two headlands, its sand is very fine and its waters are low and crystal clear! What to say? A breathtaking view.

To reach it just continue towards Socastro, 600 meters to the right of the first beach.This last beach is ideal for families with children and is also equipped with everything! From bars to taverns, from bathrooms to showers ... everything is there at your fingertips! Besides, if you get hungry you can go to fast food where they make delicious Gyros Pita!

But it's still difficult to choose which of the three bays to stop ... all three are amazing! If you love nature and adventure to reach it you can walk along long mountain roads which, in return for a bit of your effort, will give you evocative views complemented by heady scents!

Where the sea is calmer you can practice windsurfing! In fact you will be able to admire the sails whizzing left and right in a bay of a thousand colors!We highly recommend attending the sunset ... a unique spectacle!

And once the darkness arrives, a night lighting from an ancient seaside village will light up!
