If you don't like equipped areas, on Martselo beach you will also find a large free part at the eastern end of the bay, where a series of rocky coves with some splendid coves begin. These hidden stretches, located behind Krios beach, are ideal for relaxing in peace and are also popular with nudists.

If you want to explore the surroundings of Martselo beach you can take a pleasant walk following the path that leads to the end of the bay, where you will find the Orthodox church of Agios Fokas, a typical Cycladic-style church with a blue dome.
