The beach of Monastiri is situated at the end of the bay of Agios Ioannis, on the opposite side of Naoussa.
It is equipped and quiet despite the high flow of people! It presents a sea of beautiful colors, crystalline and warm with sand. The seabed is low, sandy and white. Suitable for families with children.
The small bay allows you to walk for several meters with water in your calves!At Monastiri beach you can practice water skiing, snorkelling and rent pedal boats and sun beds with umbrellas. On the beach there is a beach bar which is also a very trendy and recommended small restaurant.
To the left of the beach there are various marked paths, including one that leads to the lighthouse, to walk in the middle of nature. From one of these paths you can reach the monastery, the building from which the name of the beach is born! Once you arrive you can go up to the roof and enjoy the view of the bay of Naoussa ... unique, suggestive and simply not to be missed!
This very Caribbean beach is synonymous with peace and tranquility ... you will not regret having visited it!
