Stafilos Beach

Description

Stafilos Beach is located just 4 kilometers south of Skopelos town, on the southern tip of the island of Skopelos.
It is a well known beach, often overcrowded.

Once you have come to welcome you there will be a lovely tavern offering fresh fish.
Then wooden steps lead to this delightful pebble beach mixed with fine gray sand, bathed by a beautiful crystal-clear sea, transparent and quite low in which you will swim for a long time!

At the beginning of the beach there is a bar, where you can tease or drink, and umbrellas and sunbeds, while the second half of the beach is not equipped, so you can decide to move to this area if you prefer nature around you!

Stafilos beach owes its name to the king Stafilos, which the locals anciently suppose to have landed here.

It is easily accessible by local buses or private cars, so don't worry about the route!

On days when the wind is blowing from the north and west, you can go here! This little paradise will protect you from the dreaded winds giving you the chance to relax to the fullest!

Stay until evening so you can enjoy a good dinner in the tavern adjacent to the parking lot and in the meantime admire a fantastic view at sunset!
