Paradise Beach

Paradise Beach

Paradise Beach was once a desert beach, little frequented and above all little known; a true paradise where you can go in the day in search of total relaxation.

Over the years Paradise Beach has become the most famous beach on the island of Kos, but it certainly remains a real paradise, thanks to its fine golden sand and its crystal clear water that slopes gently (this is why it is always loved and appreciated by families).

To reach it, it is sufficient to reach the bay of Kefalos at about 40 km from Kos Town (the capital) and go down the road that leads to a very convenient parking lot, just behind the beach.

The entire beach of Paradise Beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, at a cost of € 8 a day, and behind it has both a large panoramic restaurant for a real lunch, and a beach bar on the beach that serves quick snacks (sandwiches, burgers, salads, ice creams and cold drinks) to enjoy comfortably under the umbrella.

You will find several aquatic centers for those who want to rent pedal boats (€ 15 for half an hour), jet skis, paragliding and various other activities to brighten up your days of this holiday on the island of Kos.

Do you like fine sand, but don't dislike even a little snorkeling? On the southern side of this beach, there is a large rock that plunges into the sea and fun is guaranteed!

Now you may be wondering if it is a very crowded beach ... Paradise Beach is certainly a very popular beach, loved by everyone, but by everyone (families, couples and groups of friends), but you won't have any problem finding sun beds and umbrellas free, as the beach is fully equipped, to accommodate many more visitors than you might imagine. It is certainly the most known and crowded of the beaches of the island of Kos. If, on the other hand, you are looking for a beach that is certainly more relaxing, better go back to Magic Beach: here with its few umbrellas and no aquatic center, complete relaxation is guaranteed!
