Milos Beach

Milos beach is a masterpiece of nature and is located on the north west coast of the island of Leflada and exactly 13 kilometers from the capital, 30 kilometers from Vassiliki and 27 kilometers from Nydri.

How do you get to Milos Beach?

To reach Milos beach there are two ways:

The first is to arrive by car to the village of Agios Nikitas and then continue on foot through a path that in 20 minutes will give you a show from above, without equal.

The second way is to reach Agios Nikitas and continue with a taxi boat or ferry at a cost of € 3 per person per way.

Unfortunately there is no possibility of arriving by bus (which does not have a very large network, if not to reach the main cities), so immediately equip yourself with the rental of a car or scooter and start discovering the island in total freedom and without time limits! Remember that the west side is the one from which you can admire the best sunsets on the island, so stay on this beach as much as possible! Seeing the shades of the setting sun reflect on the sand and warm waters, and then dive into the waves, is a sight not to be missed!

Is Milos beach equipped?

Let's start by saying that upon your arrival you will find in front of you an immense expanse of white sand at intervals interspersed with pebbles that become sand a little further away.

Being part of one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Lefkada, it is certainly among the most visited, so the rule always applies: the sooner you get there ... the better it is!

Sunbeds and umbrellas are available with an average daily cost that travels between € 15 and € 20 (a little above the average of the Greek islands, but let's remember that we are still below the average of the Italian beaches).

Located between two rocky promontories, covered with luxuriant vegetation, Milos beach has an amazing sea, intense blue color, tending to cobalt blue.

Its crystal clear and almost warm waters make it the favorite destination for families!

Small wind may be the wind it is exposed to on some days more than others, so check the weather the day before, to be on the safe side!
