Kavalikefta beach, located on the western thing of the island of Lefkada, is an ideal bay for lovers of nature and nudism! It has a mixture of pebbles of various sizes and white sand!
In addition to being almost totally a calm and serene landscape, it is also characterized by an incredible sea with warm, clear and crystalline waters. It also presents various ravines between the rocks which, depending on the height of the sun, create this play of light between the reflection of the sun in the water and the colors of the sea, an unmissable sight!
Even Kavalikefta beach like many other Greek beaches is divided into two parts, the free one and the equipped one. The free stretch is to the left of the car park which costs in broad lines € 5. After a few meters you will find yourself in front of a long and wide free beach where you will find at most 2 or 3 people, especially if you arrive early in the morning; which we advise you to do also to find parking! Here too you will find pebbles mixed with coarse sand and water similar to a swimming pool!
This space can also be reached via a small path through the trees that starts from a hairpin bend.
Instead, for the stretch that is equipped and a little more crowded than the beach, even if you could still count a maximum of twenty people, just go to the left of the parking lot and you will find yourself in front of the same paradise but with all the comforts.
You can head to the bar / restaurant which serves several dishes and drinks at a great price! Here you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and also use the bar's toilets!
To get to this enchanting bay you have to take a narrow and steep but paved road.
We think this beach is absolutely a show! But in the true sense of the word since it allows you to watch his show: the waves breaking on the rocks on the shore!
