Kastanas Beach

Kastanas beach is located on the north-eastern coast of the island of Milos.

To reach this beach it is necessary to start from Pollonia and continue through a dirt road (unfortunately unfortunately reported to a certain putno, so in the best case to use a healthy and always useful Google Maps).

Like all the beaches that we find on this side of the island of Milos it is advisable to have a 4x4 or a quad (to overcome some stretches that with a normal Panda could sometimes put the suspensions in difficulty with consequent damage to the vehicle).

As soon as you arrive you will feel in a very special place and very very suggestive! Beach of pebbles and sand with large grains, rocks at the shoulders colored with shades ranging from red to purple and orange, no sunbed and umbrella and very few tourists !! Well yes! It is a corner of paradise still unexplored, so take advantage of it and fully enjoy this magical place, before it becomes too familiar and too crowded!
