Thiorichia Beach

Thiorichia beach is located on the eastern side of the island of Milos and is known as the beach of the abandoned Sulfur Mine.

To reach Thiorichia you need to take a long dirt road with a car (better 4x4 or with a quad).

This beach is set among multi-colored Sufi rocks with shades of red, gray and pure white, which makes the landscape very suggestive and unique.

You will not find trees under which to rest, nor sun beds and umbrellas, nor bars, nor taverns (here you will have to take everything if you want to enjoy a whole day)

Around you you will find abandoned buildings, old wagons used in mines, tools and rusty metal parts from the weather and salt air: it looks like a real movie set!

The smell of sulfur is perceived but not at all annoying.

The sea of Thiorichia beach is immediately deep but with a wonderful nuance that invites you to an immediate dive !!

You will reach one of the most beautiful beaches of the island of Milos! You can't miss it!
