Kos Town (the capital)

Kos Town is the capital and is located on the north east coast of the island of Kos. It is a lively town, rich in culture, history and art, but not only. This pretty city is an open-air museum as you can simply admire the ruins of various eras by walking through the streets: Greek, Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman, and it all surrounds countless taverns, clubs and small shops.

Kos Town knows how to be elegant and fascinated at the same time! There is no so-called "target" for this wonderful place, because Kos Town can offer everything you could want at any age! Shops, beaches, restaurants, a fabulous cycle path that runs along the seafront, night clubs and beach bars, for those who love nightlife! Well ... anyone can admire it, visit it and appreciate it. The beaches of Kos Town are sandy, sheltered from the meltemi and are ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday but also for young people, thanks to its equipped beaches.

Combine all this and a scenario will come out that satisfies everyone!

This beautiful town, as well as the whole island of Kos, has such beauty that it remains enchanted by certain majesties that help us to open our eyes and mind on the present and the past! Certainly not to be missed are the Knights Castle, the Archaeological Museum, the Hippocate Tree, the Eleftheria Square and the Roman House.
